You told me you would always take care of me.

Now that my world has turned upside down I realize you lied.

You told me you would always be there for me.

Now that I'm all alone I realize you lied.

You told me countless times you would always love me.

I see you with her now and realize you lied.

You told me you would never hurt me.

As I cry myself to sleep I realize you lied.

I told you I would never make it without you.

As I face another day I realize I lied.
